There are 3 ways to resize the content in your Mood Board Document, with an Asset selected:

• Edit: Grow / Shrink (Command+.), (Command+,)
• Drag the resize handle on the bottom right of an asset.
• Open the Metadata popover panel Edit: Edit Metadata (Command+E) and drag the slider next to the “Scale” label.
